1. Eligibility and Conduct

• Players must be 13 years old or older. No exceptions and no alternate accounts to bypass this requirement.
• Everyone must treat others with respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, and slurs are not allowed.
• All chat must stay PG-13. Spam, excessive caps, advertising, politics, and religion discussions are prohibited.
• Usernames, nicknames, skins, builds, and signs must be appropriate. Impersonating staff or players is forbidden.
• Players must follow staff instructions immediately and without public argument.
• Attempting to evade bans, mutes, or restrictions with alternate accounts is not permitted.

2. Gameplay and Building

• All content on the server must be safe for all ages. NSFW material in any form is strictly prohibited.
• Griefing, stealing, or damaging another player's builds is forbidden. Protect your own work.
• PvP is only allowed with clear consent from both parties. Traps, spawn camping, and combat logging are banned.
• Scamming during trades or agreements is not allowed.
• Natural structures must be fully looted before claiming the land. End portals and end islands cannot be claimed.
• Players must not harm pets or animals without reason. Crops and trees in community areas must be replanted.
• Lag machines and excessive entity farms are prohibited.

3. Staff and Reporting

• Staff decisions are final. Instructions must be followed respectfully.
• Issues should be reported privately to staff through direct messages or tickets, not in public chat.
• Staff cannot refund items lost due to bugs, glitches, or player mistakes.
• These rules apply equally to the Minecraft server and the connected Discord server.

Helpful Tips

• If you are unsure about a rule or situation, ask a staff member privately.
• Protect your builds and respect others to keep the server enjoyable for everyone.
• Following these rules creates a friendly and fair community.

Fully Allowed (No Punishment)

• Vanilla Minecraft Java Edition
• Lunar Client, Badlion Client, Feather Client
• OptiFine, Sodium, Iris, and other performance mods
• Zoom mods, Replay Mod, shaders
• Minimap without cave or entity radar
• HUD mods, AppleSkin, Light Overlay, and cosmetic/visual mods only

Instant Ban Offenses

• Any hacked client or cheat (fly, speed, reach, kill aura, x-ray, freecam, ESP, tracers)
• Combat cheats (aimbot, anti-knockback, autoclicker in PvP)
• Duplication exploits or any game-breaking exploit
• Bots or AFK automation tools

Bannable After Warning (2–3 Strikes or Immediate Ban)

• Unapproved clients not listed above
• Macros/autoclickers (even outside PvP)
• Baritone, scaffold, auto-mining, or auto-build scripts
• Any form of auto-sorting or automation during combat
• Borderline utility mods that give an unfair advantage
• Using or failing to immediately report an exploit

Key Notes

• When in doubt about a mod or client, ask staff first.
• Staff have the final say on what is allowed.
• Cheating of any kind will result in a permanent ban.

We always try to warn first and keep things fair. Bans are a last resort.

• Verbal Warning: Small first-time mistakes (spam, accidental damage, unclear jokes, etc.)
• Short Mute or Temp Ban (30 min – 3 days): Repeated small issues, minor pranks, light grief, etc.
• Medium Temp Ban (7 – 30 days): Intentional stealing, scamming, moderate grief, targeted disrespect, etc.
• Permanent Ban (no appeal): Serious offenses:
  • Any cheating (x-ray, fly hacks, exploits, etc.)
  • Severe toxicity (threats, slurs, doxxing, etc.)
  • Major grief, ban evasion, or harming the server

How to Appeal a Ban

• Minecraft Server / Minecraft + Discord Server Ban Appeals → Google Form
• Discord Server Ban Appeals → Dyno Form
• Temporary bans can be appealed only after the full time is served. One appeal per ban.
• Permanent bans for serious offenses are almost never reversed.
