1. ◆ Players must be 13 years or older to join and play on our server.
2. ◆ Treat everyone with kindness and respect at all times.
3. ◆ Swearing is allowed, but offensive language or insults directed at others are strictly prohibited.
4. ◆ Slurs, hate speech, or any discriminatory language will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
5. ◆ Respect moderators and staff at all times, even in cases of disagreement. Disrespect or aggression toward staff will not be tolerated.
6. ◆ Evading bans or punishments is strictly prohibited and may result in additional penalties.

◇ Gameplay & Content Rules ◇

1. ✧ All content must remain safe-for-work; explicit or inappropriate material is strictly forbidden.
2. ✧ NSFW skins, usernames, builds, or any similar content are not allowed.
3. ✧ This is a public SMP server! While players are free to explore, if you want to keep others out, claim your land and/or build a wall.
4. ✧ Griefing or stealing is prohibited, even if the land is unclaimed. Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans.
5. ✧ Unlooted structures cannot be claimed unless they are looted first. Claiming end islands or portals is forbidden and will result in penalties.
6. ✧ Bans from the SMP may also result in bans from the Discord server, and vice versa. Ensure you follow both sets of rules.
7. ✧ Using alternate accounts to gain unfair gameplay advantages is strictly prohibited.

◆ Notes ◆

• ◇ Staff will generally not reimburse items lost due to glitches or unintended Minecraft mechanics.
• ◇ Staff decisions are final. Disrespecting staff decisions or staff members will not be tolerated.

◇ Modification, Hacking, and Unfair Advantage Rules ◇

• ✪ Only legitimate Minecraft clients are permitted, including the official vanilla client, Lunar, Badlion, and Feather. Hacked or cracked clients are strictly prohibited.
• ✪ Mods that provide unfair advantages in a vanilla environment are not allowed. If uncertain about a mod, consult staff before use.
• ✪ Exploiting bugs, using hacks, or creating lag machines will result in an immediate ban. This includes but is not limited to:
  • ◇ Fly hacks (permitted only in authorized game modes)
  • ◇ X-ray mods (no block transparency or ore detection)
  • ◇ Duplication exploits
  • ◇ Auto-clicking tools (may be allowed in specific practical situations; verify with staff)
• ✪ Mods that alter inventory management, movement, or other gameplay mechanics to gain unfair advantage are prohibited.
• ✪ Automation mods such as “Easy Place” or “Safe Place” that automate block placement are not permitted.
• ✪ Use of bots, scripts, or automation tools like OQMineBot is strictly forbidden.

✓ Allowed Mods — Mods that do not provide unfair advantages, including but not limited to:

• ◇ Zoomify: Zoom functionality only, no gameplay impact.
• ◇ OptiFine: Improves graphics and performance without affecting fairness.
• ◇ Sodium: Performance optimization without gameplay advantages.
• ◇ Phosphor: Lighting engine optimization.
• ◇ Lithium: General game performance improvements.
• ◇ Replay Mod: Allows recording and replaying gameplay without advantage.
• ◇ Other client-side cosmetic or utility mods that do not alter gameplay mechanics.
• ◇ Always confirm with staff if unsure about any mod.

If a mod or client is considered a hack, it is prohibited. General mods that do not provide unfair advantages are generally allowed, subject to staff approval.
